Take Back Perry Schools
Introduction
We are a group of concerned parents, educators, teachers, students and taxpayers that are committed to taking back control of the Metropolitan School District of Perry Township from a divided school board. This division started from the actions of four individual board members with personal agendas and whose actions have put our schools in a downward spiral. Their ongoing disregard for board by-laws and state laws, as well as the flippant waste of taxpayer's dollars must be opposed in an effort to Take Back Perry Schools.- The approval of the invoice for Reiling Teder & Schrier, LLC lawyers
- Interviewing of construction management firms
Another Special MSDPT Board Meeting Today
There will be another special meeting called for the MSDPT school board. Two main items on the agenda:
Two important issues up for discussion. Were the itemized details of Reiling’s invoice made available to Gayle per her request from the previous board meeting? Did he start working prior to full board approval?
Construction management firms. The board is interested in saving the township money in the construction process. I agree with those efforts, but not to the detriment of quality, experience or expertise. It will be interesting hearing the presentations by the various firms on what they’re bringing to the table.

If you can make it to the meeting, continue to be involved in the township’s educational management process. Although not valued by the school board, your voice is important! When you’re voice is not allowed to be heard, your ears and eyes seeing what’s taking place become even more important.
